Each selected writer starts with a seed of an idea which they will develop into a concept, using the methodology of pre-writing by Le Groupe Ouest.

The selected concepts, and their teams of writer and producer, will each be paired with a consultant writer and two commissioners. They will test, collaborate and develop the concepts transforming them into full bible ready-for-commission.

The participating broadcasters and commissioning editors will exchange strategies, market trends, working methods and collaborative processes in a room of trust while taking part in the boosting of the selected ideas and concept.

Six teams were selected to develop fictional TV series based on real-life events. Each team included a writer, producer, and content provider, and was paired with a broadcaster, sales agent, consultant writer, and emerging writer. This setup boosted the development of the fictional stories with strong support from content providers and their field expertise, while also creating a space for collaboration and networking across borders.
